About the Role

As Partnerships Manager, you will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate, church, major donor, community, and ambassador relationships to increase fundraising, advocacy, and engagement across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and strengthening relationships with corporate partners, churches, major donors, community groups, and ambassadors
  • Identifying and securing new partnerships and fundraising opportunities
  • Delivering engaging presentations at events, churches, and conferences
  • Contributing to fundraising and partnership strategy with the wider team
  • Achieving agreed fundraising and activity KPIs

About You

You’re a confident communicator and relationship manager motivated by purpose and strong outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in major donor fundraising, partnerships, or business development (5+ years preferred)
  • A strong track record of securing significant gifts and building long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft/Google Workspace
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate as required
  • A genuine alignment with Destiny Rescue’s mission, vision, and values

Why Join Us?

  • Remote role
  • Competitive salary and salary packaging benefits
  • Supportive, values-driven and collaborative team
  • Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Opportunity to directly contribute to life-changing impact for vulnerable children
