The role involves advising clients on corporate tax matters, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and mitigating risks to meet statutory deadlines. Additionally, the position requires researching technical tax issues and coaching junior team members to improve efficiency.
Candidates need at least 3 years of New Zealand corporate tax and compliance experience, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier environment. Strong technical tax knowledge and the ability to build professional relationships are essential.

The Deloitte Tax team provides advice on all aspects of taxation, including corporate tax return preparation and review, international tax, transfer pricing, transaction assistance (including mergers and acquisitions and tax due diligence), structuring and governance.
