The Live Ops Advisor provides real-time support to riders and pickers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely issue resolution. They also troubleshoot technical problems and escalate operational inefficiencies to the relevant teams.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in rider support or dispatch roles and possess strong communication skills in English and Arabic. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.

As a Live Ops Advisor you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our on ground team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely resolution of all rider and picker related issues and to provide guidance and support to riders throughout their order journey.
