The Treasury Executive will manage bank account administration, including openings, closures, and signatory maintenance across multiple international jurisdictions. They will also support internal audits, ensure compliance with KYC requirements, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in treasury or finance operations is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking administration processes.

Coordinate and manage bank account opening, closure, and maintenance activities across multiple countries, ensuring timely completion and compliance with requirements.
Maintain and update bank account mandates, authorized signatories, and account information in line with internal governance.
Administer online banking access, including user setup, modification, termination, and management of security devices (tokens, credentials).
Maintain accurate bank account register, including account inventory, signatory records, and online banking user access records.
Coordinate KYC documentation, bank information requests, and ensure completeness of banking records and documentation.
Prepare periodic reports on bank accounts, signatories, and banking administration activities for management review.
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record retention practices in compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation related to banking administration.
Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders (Treasury, Finance, Legal, Company Secretarial, Tax, Project teams) on banking matters.
Assist in process improvements, standardization initiatives, and implementation of banking governance and control procedures.
Support treasury-related projects and perform any other treasury or administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Strong knowledge of bank account administration, KYC processes, and banking documentation requirements.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling banking records, documentation, and user access management.
Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, requests, and stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
Good problem-solving skills to resolve banking and access-related issues effectively.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Patient, disciplined, and comfortable handling repetitive and process-driven tasks.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive banking information.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, banking administration, finance operations, or related field.
Experience in bank account opening, closure, signatory maintenance, and online banking administration is preferred.
Experience supporting multi-country operations and banking relationships is an advantage.
Understanding of KYC requirements and banking compliance documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Practical experience with online banking platforms and banking administration processes.
Exposure to audit, compliance, or internal control (e.g., SOX) environment is preferred.
