Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English with at least one year of customer service experience and a high school diploma. Forklift experience is required for occasional loading and offloading tasks.

Come work for our well-established and growing 35-year-old Logistics company in our San Diego location!
The dispatcher is responsible for assigning jobs to drivers and ensuring that all service requests are completed in a timely fashion. In addition to performing data entry and customer service tasks, the dispatcher’s main duty is to be the main source of communication for drivers and help them resolve any issues that may arise throughout the day. This position examines logistic capacities and assigns jobs accordingly so that services may be completed as efficiently as possible. A high degree of problem-solving skills are required for this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively while prioritizing time-sensitive tasks.
Schedule: Day Shift - Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:30pm
Pay Starting At: $21-25/hr depending on experience
