The Officer, Leadership Giving oversees a $1M+ fundraising portfolio by cultivating major gifts and stewarding donor relationships. They also collaborate with program staff to develop funding strategies and support regional fundraising events.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in major gifts fundraising, including relationship management and grant writing. Proficiency in CRM software and strong project management skills are required, along with fluency in English.

TITLE: Officer, Leadership Giving
TERMS: Permanent Full-Time Position (34 hours per week, Monday to Thursday)
LOCATION: Vancouver (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ territories)
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The position is hybrid, with a combination of remote work and 1 day per week required in-office. Note that it will be eventually expected to move to 2 days per week.

The Officer, Leadership Giving is based in Vancouver and oversees a $1M+ fundraising portfolio. They are responsible for deepening donor engagement and expanding organizational capacity by building a strong pipeline of prospective major donors and stewarding current supporters. They contribute to the planning and execution of leadership donor events in Vancouver.
