Responsible for the repair and maintenance of games, simulators, and technical equipment to ensure ideal player conditions. Provides high-quality guest service by assisting with requests and maintaining the cleanliness of the midway area.
Must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and working on ladders. Technical or electrical skills are preferred, along with the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs are responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building including games, simulators, and technical equipment. They also assist our Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times.
