The Games Attendant manages the games floor by engaging with guests and ensuring all entertainment options are clean and functional. They are responsible for monitoring safety protocols for activities like Laser Tag and Rock Climbing while assisting guests with prize redemption.
Candidates should have a guest-focused mindset and be comfortable using technology. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends is required, though previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
