This position will provide operational and client support for events in Constitution Hall from move-in through event completion and move-out.

This position is designed as a flexible, cross-functional role encompassing both client-facing event coordination and operations-focused technical execution. It is suited for both entry-level candidates and seasoned professionals.

An ideal candidate will bring a 'role up the sleeves' attitude and a 'hands-on' style to complete objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the venue representative for event organizer, production staff and vendors; addressing day of event requests and ensuring client needs are fulfilled.
  • Provides support for event execution, including move-in, setup, event operation, and move-out.
  • Ensures compliance with venue policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Provides assistance in the supervision and coordination of contracted services, including ushers, security, stagehands, and janitorial staff.
  • Assists with the setup and operation of lighting, sound, and video systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in event production, theater, venue operations, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant internship, college-level event experience, or hands-on production experience considered.
  • High school diploma required
  • A basic knowledge or willingness to learn staging, lighting, sound, and video systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing event needs.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels.
  • Able to work in both office and event space settings, which can include large crowds, loud noise, bright lights, and theatrical haze.

Schedule: Varied schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, extended work hours and extended numbers of days.

Hiring Hourly Rate Range: between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
