Provide technical support for a multi-tenant cloud platform, including installation, configuration, and usage assistance. Identify and resolve common failures using diagnostic techniques and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience and U.S. citizenship with Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility. Candidates should have 0-2 years of technical experience, with AWS GovCloud and service desk experience preferred.
The estimated compensation range is $65,000.00 - $95,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
