Manufacturing Operator (1년 계약직)는 클린룸 환경에서 SOP 및 작업 지침에 따라 바이오필터 제품의 조립, 가공, 검사 및 포장 등 전반적인 제조 공정을 수행하는 역할을 맡고 있습니다.
이 포지션은 Supply Chain Manager에게 보고하며, 인천 송도에 위치한 Manufacturing 팀의 일원으로 근무하게 되며, 송도 공장에서 근무합니다.
• 클린룸 환경에서 SOP 및 작업 지침에 따라 바이오필터 제품의 조립, 가공, 검사 및 포장 등 전반적인 제조 공정 수행.
• 원자재 및 반제품 투입, 공정 간 자재 이동과 함께 제조 이력(Batch Record, Log Sheet 등)을 정확히 기록·관리하고, In‑process check 및 이상 사항을 보고.
• 작업 공간 및 설비의 청결을 유지하며, 생산 일정 준수를 위해 현장 운영을 지원하고 관련 부서와 협업 및 현장 이슈 대응·개선 활동에 참여.
• 정규 고등학교 기졸업자
• 작업 지침을 정확히 이해하고 준수하며 책임감 있게 업무를 수행하는 분, 반복적이고 세밀한 작업에도 집중력을 유지하는 꼼꼼한 성향의 분
• 클린룸 및 제조 환경에서 근무 가능하며 보호구 착용에 거부감이 없고, 서서 근무·이동·반복 작업 및 약 15kg 내외 제품 운반이 가능한 분
• 병역 필 또는 면제자로 해외여행에 결격 사유가 없으며, 필요 시 국내·해외 출장 가능한 분
• 외국인의 경우 대한민국 출입국관리법에 따른 유효한 취업 허가를 보유한 분
• 취업보호대상자(보훈/장애인)는 관계 법령에 따라 우대
• 제약·바이오·의료기기 제조 환경, 특히 클린룸 또는 무균실(Aseptic) 환경에서의 근무 경험.(3년 이상)
• 제조 문서(Batch Record, Log Sheet 등) 작성 또는 검토 경험과 제조 공정 기록에 대한 이해.
• 제조, 품질, 물류 관련 전산 시스템(ERP 등) 사용 경험.
• 공정 개선, 5S 활동, 신규 공정/제품 셋업 또는 초기 양산(SOP 정착) 지원 경험.
