This isn't your typical support role. AI takes care of the simple stuff - you handle everything that matters: sharp troubleshooting, real problem-solving, and the kind of empathy no automation can replace.

This Role Is a Great Opportunity If You:

• Speak fluent English (C1 or native).

• Available to work from our office in Vilnius.

• Willing to work the day shift (6:30/9:00-15:00/17:30), evening shift (13:30-22:00) or night shift (22:00-6:30).

• Can commit to 32 or 40 hours weekly.

What Makes You a Strong Match:

• Solid know-how of Windows/macOS and Android/iOS.

• Ability to handle high volumes of technical information.

• Having a customer-first approach combined with critical thinking.

What You’ll Do and Learn:

• Start with six working days of training to learn about VPNs and its software’s features, capabilities, and limitations.

• Learn how to deliver clear solutions by methodically following our internal support procedures and documentation.

• Provide live chat support for one of our VPN products.

• Adapt to the customers needs and tackle a mix of challenges, from tricky VPN tunneling issues to simple billing inquiries.

• Learn to prioritize, effectively managing 4-5 chats while delivering clear, high-quality support.

• Take responsibility for your personal growth, by not only developing your own skills but also by helping new team members grow.

Compensation:

• Gross salary - 1350 - 1830 EUR/month (base salary 1350 EUR/month plus performance bonus up to 480 EUR/gross after probation) + the night rate for night shift.
