The Community Resource Specialist engages with unhoused neighbors to identify their needs and connects them with internal and external resources. They also maintain organizational databases, manage outreach supply inventories, and collaborate with team members to ensure program success.
Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license and have the physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 30 pounds. The role requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain a consistent on-site presence during designated hours.
