The technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of telematics units in vehicles. They must also conduct pre- and post-inspections and complete necessary administrative tasks.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience and a valid driver's license. A Matric qualification is required, with an Autotronics or Auto Electrical qualification considered an advantage.
The role of a technician is vital to the efficient operation of our telematics devices. The technician will be tasked with the installation, repair, and maintenance of Ctrack units and other authorized products. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting devices installed within vehicles.
Candidates currently subject to a restraint-of-trade agreement or non-compete restriction cannot be considered for this position.
