The Electrical Lead directs teams in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical and control systems. They are responsible for ensuring project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are strictly maintained.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of related factory experience and a high school diploma. Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and practical experience with conduit, cabling, and PLC installation is required.
