Greet customers and process transactions while maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment. Support operational tasks including inventory management, online order fulfillment, and product production.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old, reliable, and comfortable working with people and basic technology. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Assistant to join the Crystal Joys team through our partnership with Sample Supports.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, customer-focused environment. You'll help create a welcoming store experience while supporting day-to-day retail operations. Depending on business needs, you may also assist with product production, inventory, online orders, and other behind-the-scenes projects.
Employees in this position receive support and training from a Job Coach as part of their employment experience.
