Your Journey as a C++ Guru Wannabe:
Intensive Learning Program: Participate in our one-month on-site Academy, starting on the 14th of September. The training will be fully in-person at our Lisbon office, and after its completion, our hybrid model of three days per week in the office will apply. You'll be introduced to advanced software development concepts, like object-oriented languages, distributed software architectures, shell scripting, and basic administration using GNU/Linux.
Hands-on Experience: After completing the Academy, join a multidisciplinary team to refine your skills continuously, mastering automotive application development, and building highly performant system applications.
Usage of modern AI assistants: learn to take full advantage of AI assistants in the software development process.
Agile Methodology Participation: Actively engage in Scrum events, contributing to the agile development process.
Software Development: Learn and apply fundamental software development principles.
Object-Oriented Programming: Develop proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts and practices.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop the ability to implement rigorous testing protocols and quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and performance of software components.
Have an Educational background in a related field. Long-term academic courses, such as bachelor's and master's degrees, will be prioritized.
Be a team player with excellent English oral and written skills.
Have a strong motivation for software development and the listed technical domains.
Be ready to adapt and learn continuously in a dynamic workplace.

Embrace agile and its implementation frameworks namely Scrum, to make the most out of all its events and work to keep evolving a high-performing team.
Be available to be a cross-functional team member by using and developing new skills and enabling a fully responsible team able to cover the whole product lifecycle.
Run and operate developed software inside and outside working hours if needed, to provide high quality software services (extra compensation will be applicable).
Be available to travel abroad for short periods, as required to support all the phases of the product development cycle when needed.
