Lead and manage discipline-specific design scopes and budgets for small to mid-sized projects. Develop construction drawing packages and mentor junior engineering staff while coordinating with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.
Requires an ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in a structural field and a minimum of 10 years of experience. Proficiency in structural software, material codes, and building codes is essential.

As a Structural Engineer IV, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for projects of intermediate complexity. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and cross-disciplinary teams, lead small project scopes, and mentor junior staff. This is a great opportunity for engineers ready to take the next step in their career, with exposure to client-facing responsibilities and project leadership. Structural Engineers at CRB contribute to a wide range of impactful projects, including projects in Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
