The Senior Architect executes all project phases from programming and concept development to detailed design and construction administration. They serve as the primary architectural point of contact for clients and internal teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence.
Candidates must hold an accredited professional degree in architecture, a valid architectural license, and at least 15 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Revit and extensive knowledge of International Building Codes, OSHA, and ADA standards are required.

The Senior Architect candidate can successfully execute specific scope areas across applicable phases of a project, including design, documentation and construction administration as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This position encourages creativity in problem solving to promote technical and design excellence while ensuring building code and regulatory compliance. The Senior Architect has the ability to coordinate with internal and external parties, manage multiple complex tasks, establish priorities and direct the work of others. The candidate will serve as the Architectural point of contact for clients, other disciplines, estimating and construction personnel.
The Senior Architect candidate has the ability to develop CRB’s Architectural presence in advanced technology markets and is differentiated by a focused area of industry related expertise or interest. The candidate has distinguished themselves through industry presentations and involvement, thought leadership and a deep understanding of industry specific regulations, design standard and trends.
