Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing special services such as wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors at counters and boarding gates. Duties include mobilizing passengers to their flights and tracking the inventory of service equipment.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma and preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or roles demanding physical effort. Experience handling persons with disabilities is desired.

Full job description

Propósito: Responsable del cumplimiento y satisfacción del cliente que requiera de alguno de los servicios especiales que ofrece la empresa (WCHR, UMNR, etc.), atención a clientes, mostradores y salas de abordaje. Responsable de recibir y movilizar según sea requerido a los pasajeros a sus respectivos vuelos. Dar seguimiento al inventario de insumos (sillas de ruedas, carros de servicio, etc.).

Servicio a Pasajeros (SAP) somos responsables de la atención y la gestión de los servicios especiales (sillas de ruedas, menores sin acompañante y pasajeros con discapacidades).  

  • Cumplir con el proceso de uso correcto de la herramienta springshot, como aceptar, registrar las misiones que le sean asignadas, escáner los pases de abordar, finalizar las misiones, etc. 
  • Mantener comunicación con el agente I líder asignado. 
  • Cumplir con las asignaciones de llegadas, salidas y mostrador con la misma diligencia. 
  • Cuidar las herramientas de trabajo que le sean entregadas para cumplir con sus labores, devolverlas al momento de finalizar su turno de trabajo. 
  • Manejo de herramientas como celulares, radios, sillas de ruedas, carros de golf (solo personal autorizado por Tocumen SA.

Experiencia Profesional

  • Experiencia de 6 meses a 1 año en posiciones de servicios al cliente (deseable)
  • Experiencia en posiciones que demandan condiciones físicas.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personas con discapacidad (deseable)

Formación Académica

  • Estudios secundarios completos.
  • Cursando estudios Universitarios.

Competencias
