The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across kitchen, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure efficiency and scalability. They are responsible for monitoring performance metrics, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with food safety and operational SOPs.

As a Operations Manager II, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs.
Your time will be spent running the daily operations of the entire New York market, as well as driving improvement measures, and operational strategy.
You will help to elevate the standard, streamline processes, and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment and Logistics departments, ensuring they are all set for success. All this with a long-term mindset nurturing positive daily habits with special care on scalability and cost-efficiency.
Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.
