Develop and maintain food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and Safe Quality Food requirements. Perform routine inspections, internal audits, and serve as the document controller for standard operating procedures.
Requires 2+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing and 1+ years of experience with audits and HACCP plans. Must possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, you will support the Mankato manufacturing facility by developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and Safe Quality Food requirements.
