The Operations Manager will lead and optimize a high-volume IT Server Support department by managing team performance and ensuring strict SLA targets are met. They will also serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to improve server reliability.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT operations management with a proven track record of leading large technical teams. A strong foundational background in server infrastructure and enterprise-level ticketing systems is required.
