The Junior Technician is responsible for the operation, setup, and teardown of all audio-visual resources for conference events. This includes providing real-time technical support, maintaining equipment inventory, and ensuring conference rooms are properly shut down nightly.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in an AV-related position and proficiency with Microsoft, Apple, and Adobe presentation tools. A bachelor's degree is preferred along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

As the Junior Technician the primary responsibilities include operation of all Audio Visual (AV) support resources for Conference Solutions. Collaborate professionally with Conference Solutions staff, Compass employees and other departments to service all AV technical support requests for events. The AV Technician will serve as the onsite AV point person and coordinator for assigned events.
