The Operations Manager assists in directing and overseeing support services, including coordinating frontline associates and serving as a liaison between administration and departments. Responsibilities include establishing work procedures, managing staffing schedules, conducting facility inspections, and providing staff training.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in support services, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills are required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
