The Assistant Manager is responsible for the effective execution of service at the Delta One Lounge, including leading, training, and coaching the Front of House team. They also manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and resolving guest complaints to ensure high service standards.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent fine dining experience, along with three to five years of upscale dining experience including at least two years in management. Proficiency in cash handling, POS systems, and standard office software is required, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
