The Chef Manager is responsible for the full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving. They must also oversee menu development, cost controls, and ensure the delivery of high-quality meals in a corporate dining environment.
Candidates should have three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining settings. A working knowledge of HACCP, P&L accountability, and ServSafe certification is preferred.
