Duties & Responsibilities
Frontline Service with Purpose
As a Teller, you will be the welcoming face of CommunityAmerica, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions. You’ll build trust, answer questions, and support Members in reaching their financial goals through:
Member-Centered Service – Greet each Member with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions that meet them where they are on their financial journey.
Relationship-Driven Service Delivery – Connect Members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience
Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
