The Registered Nurse manages patient care within a Level III NICU to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. They are responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice and the Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or have three years of professional nursing experience. A valid Indiana Registered Nurse license and at least one year of Level III NICU experience are required.

Make a Difference
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The RN in the NICU will provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
1 year of Level III NICU experience required
