A Physical Therapist Assistant will interpret evaluation results, determine patient goals, and develop treatment plans. They will also modify treatment plans as needed and ensure a safe environment for effective team functioning and positive patient outcomes.
An Associate Science Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required, along with a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit. Previous experience in outpatient general orthopedic settings and knowledge of anatomy, evaluation, and therapy techniques is essential.

Make a Difference
A Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for Interpreting results of initial evaluation, determines appropriate patient goals, and develops treatment plan. You will modify treatment plan as needed and utilizes appropriate treatment techniques. Physical therapists will also be responsible for participating in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students as well as inter-disciplinary program planning. Most importantly, you must establish and maintain a safe environment conducive to effective team functioning, positive patient outcomes and personal safety.
