The Maintenance Coordinator manages the planning, scheduling, and tracking of preventive and recurring maintenance activities within a mission-critical data center. This role involves coordinating with infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure maintenance is executed accurately, documented properly, and aligned with operational site conditions.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination or facilities operations, preferably within high-availability environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in scheduling and documentation systems.

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Maintenance Coordinator to manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking of preventive and recurring maintenance activities across a mission-critical data center environment.
This role sits at the center of daily operations. You will work closely with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations leadership to ensure maintenance is planned correctly, executed on time, and aligned with real site conditions. You will own the maintenance schedule, coordinate resources, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
While this role requires strong documentation and audit discipline, it is fundamentally operational. Success in this role depends on the ability to stay close to the work, manage competing priorities, adapt to changing site conditions, and drive follow-through across multiple teams in a live environment.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in keeping a mission-critical environment running smoothly. You will directly impact how maintenance is executed, coordinated, and delivered—ensuring the site operates safely, reliably, and without gaps.
