The receptionist is responsible for greeting guests and managing multi-line phone communications with a professional demeanor. They must also perform daily computer tasks and multitask effectively to support firm operations.
Candidates should have prior reception experience and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook. The role requires a willingness to learn legal terminology and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to multitask throughout the day and able to change gears quickly while prioritizing. Must have Outlook experience, prior reception experience is preferred.
