Key Responsibilities :
Support the sales process by engaging with prospective clients to understand their business needs & challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for international clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
Work closely with business and technical teams to prepare tailored solution proposals and presentations.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical & non technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
Participate in discovery calls and client meetings throughout the sales cycle.
Assist in preparing sales materials, case studies, proposals, and other client-facing documentation.
Identify customer pain points and communicate potential solutions that align with their business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication.
Track client interactions, meeting outcomes, and sales activities within internal systems.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively support sales discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Client Relations, Public Relations, or a similar customer-facing role. (Freshers are encouraged to apply.)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in presenting to international clients.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with workplace productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) & similar platforms.
Basic understanding of software development or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
