Acts as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and Agile development teams to translate mission objectives into executable requirements. Manages product backlogs, defines user stories, and coordinates operational validation for Army tactical systems modernization.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and an active Secret Clearance. Experience in product ownership within DoD environments and Agile certifications like POPM or CSPO are highly preferred.

Various position levels for each position:
Junior-level – 2-3 years of experience
Mid-level – 4-8 years of experience
Senior-level – 10+ years of experience
Location: Huntsville, AL (Hybrid/On-Site preferred, possibly remote)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required
CODEplus is seeking a Functional Product Owner to support modernization efforts within the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) environment supporting mission-critical Army tactical systems.
The selected candidate will serve as the bridge between operational stakeholders, mission users, and Agile software delivery teams to ensure modernization priorities, mission objectives, and operational outcomes are effectively translated into executable development requirements.
