REPORTS TO: Loan Operations Manager
The Loan Servicing Clerk is responsible for assisting and ensuring the accuracy of data entered on the computer system for all loans as well as ensuring prompt and accurate processing of loan documents, payments, and other bank transactions.

What You'll Do:
Review, process, upload, and maintain all consumer, residential, and commercial loans
Electronically archive all loan documents
Monitor and disburse escrowed insurance and tax payments
Maintain various tracking systems/tickler reports
Prepare and send customer notices, as necessary
Balance loan-related general ledger accounts
Work with both customers and co-workers to resolve any inquiries
Work with third-party vendors such as attorneys, insurance providers, and auto dealers
