Au sein de notre agence de Vitrolles spécialisée sur les flux Maghreb, nous recrutons un(e) chef d’équipe exploitation pour piloter l’activité et encadrer l’équipe au quotidien.
Que réaliserez-vous?
Prendre en charge toutes les opérations spécifiques qui requièrent son expertise.
Se positionner comme interlocuteur spécifique pour les clients, avec accompagnement renforcé des clients nouvellement acquis.
Détecter toute anomalie tant opérationnelle que documentaire.
Analyser et recueillir les besoins du client et en analyser la faisabilité.
Assurer le suivi d’une opération de transport international de bout en bout et adapter les actions en fonction d’imprévus.
Prendre en charge les dossiers spécifiques, entre autres les nouveaux dossiers d’exploitation.
Animer la qualité au sein de son équipe.
Assurer le suivi analytique de l’activité de son service ainsi que des résultats.
Animer et encadrer l’équipe d’exploitation en apportant toute son expérience technique et son sens de l’organisation.
Suivre les absences, les congés et le respect des horaires de l’équipe.
Organiser la répartition des tâches et des moyens matériels en fonction des priorités opérationnelles et des compétences de son équipe.
Évaluer et développer les compétences de ses collaborateurs.
Assurer la préservation de la santé et de la sécurité des collaborateurs placés sous sa responsabilité.
Vous dispossez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine du transport international et de compétences managériales acquises dans un environnement dynamique.
Savoirs-être: Sens de l'organisation, capacité à gérer les imprévus, appétence pour les outils informatiques
