JOUW ROL
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Contract Manager voor ons Ground&Rail team in Roosendaal. Als Contract Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en operationele service richting onze klant. In jouw rol ben je nauw betrokken bij het door ontwikkelen van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening door het opstarten en uitrollen van nieuwe projecten.
WAAR KOM JE TE WERKEN?
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Control Tower Manager. Als Contract Manager werk je lokaal nauw samen met Operations, Project Engineering, Carrier Management. Daarnaast heb je intensief contact met de verschillende internationale teams. Je standplaats is Roosendaal, maar je opereert voor Nijmegen.
WAT GA JE DOEN?
Als Contract Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van de commerciële en operationele relatie met de klant;
Analyseren van de KPI’s en processen en het aansturen van de supervisors;
Projecten initiëren en implementeren ter verbetering van het klantresultaat;
Het opstellen van financiële rapportages op week- en/of maandbasis en je monitort budgetten en forecasts;
Het coördineren van acties in samenwerking met de operationele afdelingen zoals Operations, Customer Service, Transportplanning, Carrier Management en Finance.

Daarnaast kan je goed de link leggen tussen de klantbehoeften en de interne processen en afdelingen.
Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en sociale skills weet je jouw stakeholders te overtuigen, te motiveren en te stimuleren om gezamenlijk de beste prestaties te leveren. Je brengt de volgende kennis en ervaring mee:
Een relevante, afgeronde HBO- of WO-studie, bij voorkeur in de richting van logistiek of (technische) bedrijfskunde;
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een logistieke/transport omgeving;
Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met het managen van grote klanten (global supply chain);
Leidinggeven op (midden)managementniveau;
Zeer vaardig met MS Office;
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
