JOUW ROL
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Warehouse Supervisor voor onze Showcase locatie op de campus in Roosendaal. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het Outbound proces van de producten. Je bent samen met je team en drie collega Supervisors continu op zoek naar de optimalisatie van de werkprocessen en je stuurt op de hoogste veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit. Daarnaast heb je oog voor opvallendheden of afwijkingen in de door jou van A tot Z bekende processen en initieer je hierin verbeteringen die je met de Operations Manager afstemt.

WAT GA JE DOEN?
Onze campus in Roosendaal telt meerdere locaties. De locatie van deze vacature is verantwoordelijk voor het bevoorraden van alle Europese winkels van een internationaal bekende fashionbrand. Ons warehouse is ongeveer 28.000 m2 groot. Afhankelijk van het seizoen werken hier tot 200 mensen. Jouw team bestaat uit 25 tot 50 operationele medewerkers per shift die de dagelijkse werkzaamheden uitvoeren in het warehouse. Je wordt ondersteund door twee Assistant Warehouse Supervisors en je hebt intensief contact met de afdeling Customer Service en de klant. Jouw leidinggevende is de Operations Manager waar je regelmatig mee afstemt. De openingstijden van het magazijn zijn 06:00 – 00:00 uur dus het betreft een rol in een ploegen operatie. De werktijden zijn 06:00 – 15:00 uur en 15:00 – 00:00 uur, waarbij je dit per week afwisselt met jouw collega Warehouse Supervisor op Outbound.
