Mitten im Kölner Stadtwald, in traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf den Adenauerweiher, liegt der CLUB ASTORIA – eine der exklusivsten Eventlocations Kölns. Hier verbinden wir anspruchsvolle Gastronomie mit einzigartigen Veranstaltungen und schaffen besondere Erlebnisse für unsere Gäste. Von romantischen Hochzeiten über stilvolle Firmenveranstaltungen bis hin zu exklusiven Galaabenden: In unseren fünf Veranstaltungsräumen planen und realisieren wir Events mit viel Liebe zum Detail.Zur Verstärkung unseres Eventteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Gäste von der ersten Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung begleitet.
In dieser Position liegt Ihr Schwerpunkt auf der Eventplanung, Kundenberatung, Organisation und Koordination im Tagesgeschäft. Sie arbeiten eng mit unserer erfahrenen Eventmanagerin zusammen und gestalten unsere Veranstaltungen aktiv mit – mit geregelten Bürozeiten und ohne regelmäßige Abend- oder Nachtdienste während der Veranstaltungen
Abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem professionellen Team
Möglichkeit, hochwertige Hochzeiten und Events aktiv mitzugestalten
Wahlweise Teilzeit oder Vollzeit:
Teilzeit: 3–4 Tage/Woche (Dienstag–Freitag), 24–32 Std./Woche
Vollzeit: 5-Tage-Woche (Dienstag–Samstag), 40 Std./Woche
Montag = Ruhetag
Geregelte Arbeitszeiten ab 09:00 Uhr
Attraktive Vergütung von 2.450–2.600 € brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit,abhängig von Qualifikation
