Project Management:

• Develop and drive project plans, establish timelines/milestones, and manage within budgets.
  

• Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential issues.
  

• Engage and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, executives, and external partners, to ensure their involvement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
  

• Maintain regular and effective communication channels with stakeholders, provide project updates, and produce reports on project progress, risks, and performance.
  

• Coordinate with different technical teams responsible for applications’ migration between Development, Test, Integration, and Production environments.
  

• Manage change requests for all cloud migration activities, and track all events associated with those activities in order to maximize systems availability and avoid errors.
  

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
  

Technology:

• 7+ years of overall experience in Cloud Managed Services / DevOps / SRE
  

• Hands-on leadership and end-to-end ownership of leading and delivering platforms and products by leveraging modern technology stack (Microservices, Cloud, DevOps)
  

• Knowledge on Cloud concepts and DevOps principles and practices.
  

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies that can facilitate effective project management in Cloud and DevOps environments.
  

• Basic understanding on automation & scripting, security best practices, Infrastructure as a code.
  

Skills:

• Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate their teams towards project success.
  

• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and progress to stakeholders, team members, and clients. Effective listening and negotiation skills are vital as well.
  

• Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources effectively.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze alternatives, and implement appropriate solutions promptly.
  

• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adjusting plans and strategies as needed.
  

• Ability to maintain composure, stay focused, and effectively handle pressure to keep the project on track.
  

• Ability to drive difficult conversations both with Client and Team Members to get back the project on track
  

• Should be able to generate weekly/month reports align with relevant metrics for various kind of project - eg. Resource Utilization, Technical Evaluation of Team Members, Customer Success Data pointers.
  

License/Certification:

At least one of these PSM, PMP, CSM, Certified in any agile project methodology, SAFE methodology preferred.
