At Cloudevo, we design, build and deliver digital and AI-enabled solutions for leading brands and organizations. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of digital projects from requirements gathering to successful delivery.

As a Project Manager at Cloudevo, you will coordinate digital projects end-to-end, ensuring that client needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable scope, and delivered by our internal teams and external partners with clarity, structure and control.

You will work closely with clients, designers, developers and third-party vendors, helping projects move forward smoothly across all stages of delivery. Experience with AI-related projects, automation tools or data-driven digital products will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of digital projects, from requirements gathering and planning to implementation, testing, delivery and support handover.
• Participate in client meetings, understand business needs and guide stakeholders through the required project steps.
• Translate requirements into clear scope documents, functional specifications and actionable tasks for the internal team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of open items.
• Work closely with design, development and other specialists to assign tasks, monitor progress, manage dependencies and keep delivery on track.
• Build and maintain realistic project timelines, taking into account client priorities, technical requirements, third-party dependencies and available resources.
• Participate in technical discussions around integrations, platform requirements, AI-related workflows and implementation constraints.
• Identify risks, blockers, scope changes and technical challenges early, proposing practical solutions while maintaining project control.
• Track project progress, priorities and budget, making necessary adjustments to help the team meet agreed goals and deadlines.
• Prepare project status updates, documentation, user manuals and training material when required.

• 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, software house, technology company or similar environment.
• Proven experience in managing digital projects such as websites, e-shops, web platforms, mobile apps, CMS implementations or system integrations.
• Solid understanding of the full digital project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements analysis to delivery, testing and post-launch support.
• Ability to gather, analyze and document business requirements in a clear and structured way.
• Good understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, APIs, integrations and the general software development process.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Teamwork, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello or similar.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage priorities, follow up on tasks and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage demanding clients, changing requirements and delivery pressure while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

Strong Plus

• Previous involvement in AI-related projects, AI agents, automation workflows, data-driven platforms or products using LLMs / generative AI technologies.
• Ability to understand AI project requirements at a functional level and coordinate effectively between clients, technical teams and third-party providers.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in business, content, customer service, operations or digital product use cases.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar.
