The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing enterprise deals. They will also collaborate with internal teams to align product development with customer needs and ensure long-term account growth.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a closing role. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and familiarity with sustainability or carbon accounting is highly preferred.

We're in search of an ambitious and impact-driven Account Executive to join our team at Climatiq.
In this role, you'll play a key part in Climatiq's growth, managing the entire sales process from finding prospects to closing deals. You'll drive new business, leading a consultative sales process that speaks to both technical professionals and business executives.
As an Account Executive, you will serve as the point of contact for both customers and prospects, working with ecosystem partners, growing existing accounts, and ensuring customers meet their sustainability objectives with Climatiq. Your passion for technology and sustainability will be crucial, as you’ll be selling a technical sustainability product to a tech-savvy audience.
Identify, negotiate, and close new opportunities, as well as expand existing accounts
Meet and exceed sales targets by developing an account strategy and pipeline, delivering presentations and demos, creating compelling sales proposals, and negotiating pricing and contracts
Research and qualify opportunities to establish relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering and management to align product development according to customer needs
Proven track record of selling SAAS products to compliance-minded personas, generating pipeline, closing deals and driving revenue growth in an enterprise SaaS startup or scaleup environment
Familiarity with sustainability or carbon accounting a plus
3+ years in full-cycle inbound and outbound B2B SaaS sales - a minimum of 2 years in a closing role
Results driven: A “closer”, with a track record of exceeding quota
Strong technical/SaaS expertise to effectively sell technology products
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ambiguity
Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezone
Starting date: As soon as possible
Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
