業務内容

新規開拓からクロージング、顧客管理までの営業をご担当いただきます。お客様のデジタル化、経営戦略やビジネス拡大のサポートします。

◎売上目標の達成：お客様のニーズを徹底的にヒアリングし、新規及び既存営業を通じてお客様の課題を解決する。売上計画を立て、進捗をSalesforceで管理し、売上目標を達成する。

国内外の国際会議に参加し、顧客とのネットワークを拡大する。

◎顧客管理及び顧客満足度の向上：重要な意思決定者との関係を維持・拡大し、顧客の戦略的目標に沿って顧客満足度の向上、また更なる収益へと繋げる。

◎顧客と会社のブリッジ：グローバルソリューションを、お客様のニーズに合わせてご提案する。

必須条件

◎語学力 日本語ネイティブレベル 英語ビジネスレベル

◎2-4年以上のB2B営業、ソリューション営業の経験があれば尚可

◎新しい情報収集や活用、ビジネススキルの修得など、自ら成長することを努力できる方

◎業界知識を貪欲に吸収し、交渉・関係者調整を粘り強くできる方

◎基本的なMicrosoft Officeスキル（Excel, PowerPoint, Word）

◎タイムゾーンに合わた柔軟な勤務ができる方

賃金形態 年俸制

Job Title:

Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Cirium is offering an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team as a Business Development Manager in Tokyo. The role is for a proven sales professional, with a demonstrable track record in solution sales. The role will be focused on developing new business as well as maintain existing business.

The ideal individual should be goal orientated and comfortable working within a high pressured and fast paced environment. They should possess excellent communication skills (telephone, video call, face-to-face, LinkedIn), for both internal networking and client facing activity. Above all, this person should be hardworking and passionate for success.

Responsibilities:

・Identify new business and growing existing accounts in Japan

・Identify new problems that we can solve whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base

・Adopt Cirium’s sales processes and 3C Selling principles across a defined sector

・Managing a book of business to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business

・As appropriate, serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows

・Ensure all activity with customers and prospects are recorded in Salesforce

・Build long term strategic accounts plans designed to maximize existing revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client

・Efficiently manage a portfolio of customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention

・Exceed personal targets

Requirements:

・Native-Fluent level Japanese, Business level English

・Strong prospecting skills

・Minimum 2-4 years of B2B data sales or solution sales experience.

・Proven experience in managing entire sales cycles while developing strong client relationships.

・Proven track record of high performance and achieving sales target

・Analytical & tech savvy

・Able to travel for key prospect visits and conferences as well as internal meetings

・Able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
