The BCBA will lead and instruct therapists in providing ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. They are responsible for implementing ABA techniques and managing graphing procedures within a clinic setting.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and licensure with 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction. Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and the ability to lead clinical staff are required.
