The analyst provides compensation recommendations, reporting, and administrative support for the EMEA region. Key duties include managing job banding reviews, developing compensation packages for hires, and supporting year-end planning processes.
A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of compensation experience are strongly preferred. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and Workday, with strong communication skills and technical knowledge of C&B practices.
The Compensation Analyst will work with Europe and MEA Comp leads in supporting EMEA region. Candidate will also partner with Global Rewards Team.
The role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment.
