The Gaming Technician monitors and repairs electronic gaming devices and kiosks to ensure they are operable and compliant with regulatory standards. They also serve as a guest ambassador, providing high-quality service while protecting company assets.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, preferably an associate degree in electronics, and at least two years of experience as a slot or bench technician. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and flexibility to work all shifts, including nights and holidays, is required.

The Gaming Technician is responsible to monitor the performance of electronic gaming devices, activity, and conditions of casino gaming areas ensuring all slot machines are operable and in good repair. Ensure compliance with approved procedures for the slot areas in a professional manner. The Gaming Technician is a first level ambassador for guests enjoying their gaming experience at a gaming device. Protects company assets by adhering to company policies and all state and regulatory compliance to include Internal Controls Policies and Procedures and the Responsible Gaming Plan. The Gaming Technician is responsible for providing an exciting environment and World Class Service by delivering Old-World Hospitality and Charm.
Pay Range: $32.49-$36.10/hour.

The Gaming Technician must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Possess professionalism and ability to handle high levels of stress. Must be flexible with all different schedules. This position spends majority of the shift on the casino floor, and is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise levels, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume. Associates degree in electronics or related field preferred, must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of experience as a Slot Technician / Bench Technician with A+ Certification preferred. Must have excellent computer skills. Working knowledge of word processors and spread sheets. Ability to: read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, instructions, and correspondence/memos.
