The Director of Information Technology is responsible for developing and executing the firm's technology roadmap and overseeing all IT operations. This includes managing cybersecurity, optimizing legal technology platforms like Filevine, and driving the firm's AI and automation initiatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and at least five years of progressive IT leadership experience. Significant expertise in Filevine administration and a strong understanding of AI tools and cybersecurity are required.

Our growing Personal Injury law firm, with more than 80 team members, is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee and advance our technology strategy. As one of Florida's earliest adopters of FILEVINE, we are looking for someone who can take our AI, FILEVINE, Lead Docket, DOMO, and data consolidation initiatives to the next level while maximizing the potential of our technology platforms, leading our IT department, and driving innovation throughout the firm.
If you have exceptional leadership skills, advanced IT expertise, strong AI knowledge, and extensive experience with FILEVINE, you may be the ideal candidate for our Director of Information Technology position.
The Director of Information Technology is responsible for developing and executing the firm's technology strategy while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations. This individual will lead the IT department, oversee infrastructure and cybersecurity, optimize legal technology platforms, and champion the firm's use of artificial intelligence, automation, and business intelligence tools.
Requirements
This job operates in a professional office setting as well as working out in the field with the public at events. This role routinely uses standard office equipment: manual dexterity, physical mobility, and some physical strength/stamina.
