Teachers are responsible for encouraging children to engage in new learning activities and assessing child development throughout the school year. They must also develop and implement weekly lesson plans that cover social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development areas.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess relevant experience working with infants and toddlers. The role requires obtaining an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential within one year of hire.
