An awesome opportunity to expand your experience in the world of litigation in a top tier legal firm!
We are looking for a fixed-term Legal Administrator to support within our Auckland Litigation team, covering for approximately 12 months. This role will keep you busy with a varied and interesting workload while working within a social and supportive environment.
Experience in a legal environment would be beneficial but is not essential. We would love to receive applications from candidates with a strong professional services administrative or PA background.
The role will include:
Providing proactive and professional support including calendar, email and meeting management
Administering the onboarding of new clients and opening of matters inc supporting the AML process
Leading the billing, matter management, client reporting and debtor management processes.
Producing legal and correspondence documents to a high standard within specified time-frames
Facilitating Chapman Tripp's client relationships and business development through the use of InterAction, Aderant and other tools/systems
Working collaboratively within the team and across Chapman Tripp
You will bring:
Previous experience in a legal support or PA/Admin support role
Strong client service focus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organisation and time-management skills
IT savvy and adaptable nature
Pro-active forward-thinking approach
