About the role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager,Experiencewho embodies the spirit of a brand ambassador and business leader, with a focus on delivering extraordinary, personalized experiences for our internal team and clients. Demonstrating empathy, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to CHANEL’s values, you will foster a culture of care, excellence, and generosity at every touchpoint.
As a critical driver of Team performance and Client experience, you will coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, championing collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. You will work closely with the BoutiqueLeadership Team—imparting knowledge, encouraging curiosity, and supporting ongoing improvement in Boutique efficiency. The Assistant Manager fully owns and drives the performance of Sales Assistants, empowering them to deliver elevated client service and meaningful connection.

Position Logistics:
Minimum 3 years of related experience

Boutique Management:Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,000 through $110,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
