Au sein du Département Juridique Produits, sous la responsabilité du Directeur Juridique et en collaboration avec une équipe dynamique et innovante, vous apporterez votre soutien aux activités des Divisions Mode, Parfums & Beauté et Horlogerie Joaillerie et indirectement à d’autres entités de la Maison.
Soutien à l’encadrement juridique des projets et activités business en collaboration avec les juristes :
Assurer le suivi opérationnel et la mise à jour sur les outils juridiques (ALM, iManage, Power Apps, sharepoint) des dossiers du département, de la réception de la saisine jusqu’à la signature des contrats ;
Mettre en place et coordonner les circuits de validation et de signature des contrats (contracts policy) en lien avec les juristes, les équipes internes et les parties externes.
Agir en autonomie sur les contrats délégués par les juristes de type « contrat d’applications » sur la base de contrats cadres, bons de commande, avenants standards dans le respect des politiques contractuelles ;
En termes de knowledge management, participer aux différents projets de formation, de partage et mise à disposition des outils et savoirs juridiques par expertise et auprès d’une audience opérationnelle et juridique ;
Contribuer à la digitalisation des flux de gestion contractuelle et à l’optimisation continue des process juridiques :
Être force de proposition sur l’évolution des pratiques Legal Ops, notamment via l’automatisation de certaines tâches, l’amélioration des workflows existants et l’exploration des outils innovants (bots, usages de l’IA, Copilot…) ;
Accompagner les opérationnels dans une approche de legal design afin de rendre les outils, supports et process plus lisibles, plus intuitifs et plus efficaces ;
Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi et contribuer au reporting d’activité ;
Préparer et mettre en forme des supports et présentations (PowerPoint, synthèses) ;
Projets spécifiques liés aux expertises de l’équipe.

Une compréhension des enjeux de Droit des Contrats internationaux, des enjeux ESG, innovation et circularité, des reportings extra-financiers, des enjeux réglementaires internationaux et sectoriels est très souhaitable.
